Modular Accessory System
Geometric slots cut into stainless steel allow you to peg optional accessories onto the side panels such as ceramic food trays, spice jars and rack, a paper towel holder, even a champagne ice bucket. Choose to round out the Fuego experience with a cast iron griddle and an all-weather grill cover.

Infrared Burner
Radiant infrared technology delivers the best of both worlds. It emulates the heat of charcoal and the speed of gas. The infrared drawer snaps into place automatically and, when not in use, can be stashed in Fuego 01’s roomy storage compartment.
Quick-Change Drawer System
Switch between infrared, gas and charcoal cooking on the fly with Fuego 01’s patented quick-change drawer system. Connections snap into place automatically. (No fumbling required.) Ingenious in the extreme, the multi-fuel system gives you the freedom to cook exactly how you want – say, leisurely on a weekend and rapidly on a weeknight. Charcoal and infrared drawers are optional.
Charcoal Burner
Grilling purists swear by charcoal and who are we to argue? Fuego 01’s charcoal drawer slides into place with ease and can be hidden away in the storage compartment when not in use.
Cast Iron Grill
Rugged enough to tackle whatever you throw their way, the dual cast iron grill grates of Fuego 01 are built solid to last for years.
Propane Drawer
Propane stays out of sight in a sliding drawer that lets you switch tanks with ease. An optional Conversion Kit allows you to hook up the grill using alternative sources of natural gas or propane.
Stainless Steel
Clad in brushed stainless steel, the modernist lines of Fuego 01 are as durable as they are dramatic.
Dual Control Knobs
Fuego 01’s two burners are controlled separately, which means you can sear on one side while cooking indirectly on the other. The knobs themselves are sealed tight to withstand the nastiest of weather, season after season.
Counter Storage
Flip-up countertops in Fuego 01 reveal plenty of storage for grilling tools, mitts, seasonings – whatever you want handy, but hidden.
