Warranty Info:

Fuego Element & Professional: One (1) Year comprehensive parts on the entire product. Three (3) Years limited parts warranty covering the stainless steel burner.

Fuego Premium Grills, Griddles and Pizza Oven: One (1) Year comprehensive parts on the ignition system. Five (5) Years limited parts warranty covering the stainless steel burner and diffuser panels. Limited lifetime warranty on all stainless steel components not listed above.

Accessories: One (1) Year comprehensive on all accessories.

How to file a warranty claim.

Step 1: Create a new email.

For the quickest warranty resolution, please prepare a new email consisting of the items listed in the next steps.

Step 2: Write a detailed description of your issue.

Please include as much detail as possible for our team to best advise a solution.

Step 3: Attach photos of the issue if applicatble.

The more we are able to see visually, the easier it will be to come to a resolution.

Step 4: Attach a photo of your serial number.

Element / Professional - The serial number will be located on the rear support spine at the back of the grill.

Premium Freestanding - The serial number will be located inside the right side door.

Premium Built-In - The serial number will be located on the rating plate inside the residue tray.

Pizza Oven - The serial number will be located on a chain under the front control panel of the oven.

Step 5: Attach a copy of your purchase receipt.

For warranty matters, we will need a copy of your purchase receipt to see if your grill is still under warranty. Please see the section below for warranty details on each model.

Step 6: Provide your ship to address to send parts.

Please make sure to include your ship to address so that we can process your request to send out any necessary parts.
